While we stand behind the quality of every piece we make, we understand that issues may arise. Please read our return and refund guidelines below:

  • Eligibility:
    • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • To begin a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Costs:
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return is received.
  • Refund Process:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • You’ll be notified via email when the refund has been processed.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom keycaps or limited-edition releases
    • Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition
    • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
